About the Role
Pharmscape is looking for passionate and driven Study Abroad Consultants to guide students and healthcare professionals in achieving their international academic and career aspirations. You will play a vital role in counseling, admission guidance, and building success stories for candidates seeking opportunities abroad in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, life sciences, biotechnology, and other healthcare-related domains.
Key Responsibilities
Promotions & Outreach
- Promote Pharmscape’s up-to-date study abroad information, events, and opportunities across social media platforms.
- Conduct virtual sessions to engage with prospective students.
Student Counseling & Support
- Counsel students and professionals on international study options across pharmacy, medicine, nursing, life sciences, biotechnology, and healthcare fields.
- Assist applicants with course selection, admission requirements, documentation, and the application process.
- Maintain regular communication with applicants, ensuring timely updates and smooth application handling.
Partnerships & Networking
- Build partnerships with universities, institutions, and educational agencies worldwide.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners for smooth execution of services.
Events & Engagements
- Organize and host virtual/onsite seminars, webinars, and info sessions to promote Pharmscape’s study abroad programs.
Performance & Growth
- Meet monthly student recruitment targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth of Pharmscape’s Study Abroad division.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Education, or Business.
Prior experience in study abroad consulting, student recruitment, or educational services is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Social media and digital marketing familiarity is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
