Job Purpose:
• The role of the Regional Manager at Pharmscape could be designed to focus on overseeing the educational and research activities in a specific region.
• To lead and manage the delivery of Pharmscape\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s educational programs across designated regions, ensuring high standards, fostering relationships with local institutions, and expanding the brand\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s presence while aligning with Pharmscape’s goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of Pharmscape\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s educational programs within the assigned region.
- Ensure that programs meet the quality and standards set by Pharmscape.
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events, workshops, and training sessions.
2. Institutional Collaboration:
- Build and maintain partnerships with local universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Serve as a liaison between institutions and Pharmscape headquarters to identify needs and tailor programs accordingly.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage regional teams, including educators, consultants, and administrative staff.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for staff to ensure effective program delivery.
4. Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities for educational services and partnerships in the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Pharmscape’s presence and enrollment in educational programs.
5. Performance Monitoring:
